We’re thrilled to unveil our project, Regency at Waterset Amenity in Apollo Beach! Back in July of 2024, we hit the ground running on this Amenity- a hub of activity and relaxation for residents. With stunning interior finishes, the Amenity includes a large Great Room, Game Room, Fitness Studio and Yoga Studio. Residents will enjoy an oversized paver deck featuring a 3,600 SF pool with a sun shelf and swim lanes, as well as a spa, fire pits, and outdoor pavilion for grilling. Surrounding the Amenity Building will be Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball Courts and a Dog Park. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
