We kicked things off this year at Prosperity Lakes West Amenity, breaking ground earlier this month!
Alongside the 21,000 square foot clubhouse we’re building our typical amenity items like an entry monument, a 5,000 square foot geothermal heated swimming pool, sports courts, and a playground, but we’re also bringing some unique features to life like the Chickee huts on the pool deck, a stand-alone pool bath, boardwalk with a gazebo over the water, and outdoor kitchens.
