We broke ground on Magnolia Bay South Amenity’s clubhouse in December and are looking forward to seeing the rest of the amenity come together. With hardscape features like a heated lap pool, playground, faux grass, aluminum shade structure, four pickleball courts, and a cast in place retaining wall overlooking a lake we know it will be an impressive place for recreation.
We expect to start building Magnolia Bay North Amenity in the first quarter of this year and are equally excited to see its cabana, resort-style pool, basketball court, tennis courts, and a multi-sport court come to life.
